 Jobs may be listed on our site from time to time but this is not what we rely on to source your candidates. We are hunters. We go to where the talent is and we talk to them before they come to us. We leverage the power of our continually expanding network to refer us to great candidates.

Inevitably most candidates have been pitched a job by a recruiter, and only the surface scratched. With the tough questions left unasked, it invariably leads to surprises, counter-offers, or a lack of interest in your role. We never sell a job to a candidate or a candidate to you. If we cannot match a top candidate to 90% of the role as described in the intake meeting - they will not be presented. Period.

Typical candidate presentations pale in comparison to the level of depth we will provide you in advance of the interview. Our candidates are smart, as are you. Nobody can afford to go into the interview hoping to play it by ear. It requires preparation. Our process includes supporting and preparing all parties involved in the interview to leave with a true in-depth appreciation of each other and no surprises.

The debriefs are pre-scheduled at the same time we are booking the interview slot. Timely, candid feedback is critical from all parties. If any flags surface at this point we will let you know about them along with completing full professional reference checks.

In our process, there should be nothing left up for negotiation at this stage in the game. All parties are involved in our early and often hypothetical offer and acceptance pre-closing discussions. At this point, discussions should only be about the logistics of executing what has already been established and closed.
