Our Guiding Star: If you are not engaging with humans, as humans, you can forget about trust

Although Boreal Talent Solutions may be a relatively new kid on the block, our founder certainly is not! We are founded and led by an individual who has spent the better part of the last two decades working in a senior leadership capacity within the talent acquisition realm for some of the largest players in the North American market. Being passionate about delivering at the highest levels for progressive organizations and highly successful candidates furthering their careers, Boreal Talent Solutions was born.


At our core, we strongly believe that by leveraging our highly structured repeatable process and a proven methodology that isolates the top talent from the average, we will deliver at a level far higher than you may have become accustomed to. 


Ali Mohamed is a Certified HR Leader and is our President and Managing Director of Boreal Talent Solutions. He has led large talent acquisition teams at staffing and recruitment firms and internal corporate talent acquisition, responsible for thousands of hires annually. He is a former member of the board of directors of CDI Professional Services, Asset Computer Professionals, and MRI Canada. Throughout his career, he noticed a concerning industry-wide trend of unintentional consequences, where in exchange for time and direct cost savings, the human component of the equation was sacrificed. He ultimately believes this actually has resulted in a much larger indirect cost, reduced productivity, loss of trust in the candidate/recruiter/employer relationship and decreased overall results on all fronts.
